Delivery Policy

Where we ship

Online orders ship to the delivery address on your Service Order. The online store accepts delivery addresses in the United States; for other countries, contact us.

When

After your payment is approved we contact you to confirm the shipping date and to schedule onboarding and siting.

Shipping charges

No separate shipping charge is collected at checkout.

Installation

The Customer installs and operates the Devices (Section 7.1 of the Lume Customer Agreement). Virridy provides onboarding and siting support.

Sales tax

Colorado sales tax is calculated from the delivery address and added at checkout for deliveries in Colorado.

Damaged or missing shipments

Tell us right away if a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete. The Lume Customer Agreement asks Customers to notify Virridy immediately in writing of any loss or damage to the Devices (Section 7.6), and under Section 7.4 the Customer bears the risk of loss or damage to the Devices.
