Privacy Policy
Who we are
This policy covers the online store at thelume.ai/store and the order pages it creates. The store is run by Virridy Digital LLC (DBA Virridy), 1026 Lincoln Place, Boulder, CO 80302, United States. What we collect when you order
- Your organization’s legal name, type and address.
- Names, email addresses and phone numbers of the primary, billing and technical contacts.
- The delivery address, the card billing address and the cardholder’s name.
- Installation site names and locations, if you provide them.
- The signer’s name and title, the date and time of signing, and the IP address the order was signed from.
- Order and payment details: the amount, sales tax, card brand, authorization code, transaction ID and the card network’s address and security-code check results.
Card details
Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are typed into fields hosted by our payment processor, Global Payments. They go straight to Global Payments and are never sent to or stored by Virridy. Global Payments returns a one-time token that we use to complete the charge.
How we use it
- To take payment, deliver and support the leased Devices, and administer the Service Order.
- To calculate sales tax for the delivery address.
- To send your order confirmation and contact you about onboarding, siting and renewal.
- To keep the business, tax and accounting records we are required to keep, and to enforce the Lume Customer Agreement.
Who receives it
- Global Payments, which processes card payments.
- The Colorado Department of Revenue’s tax-rate service, which receives the delivery address of Colorado deliveries to return the sales tax rate.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores order records and runs the security check on the checkout page.
- Google, whose Workspace email service sends order emails. Fonts on these pages load from Google Fonts.
We do not sell personal information.
Device data
Data collected by Lume Devices and through the Lume Services is governed by Section 6 of the Lume Customer Agreement.
Cookies and analytics
The store and order pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that checkout is used by a person. The thelume.ai home page uses a Google Ads tag that sets cookies to measure ad conversions.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as your lease is in effect and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Order records are stored in a database that only Virridy staff can access, and the keys used to reach the payment processor are kept out of the website code.

Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
