Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Payment

Each Lume Device is leased at $2,400 per year. The first year is charged to your card, in US dollars, when you sign the Service Order. Fees exclude taxes; Colorado sales tax is added for Colorado deliveries (Section 12.2 of the Lume Customer Agreement).

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except at Virridy’s sole discretion (Section 12.2 of the Lume Customer Agreement). If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible, preferably before the Devices ship, and we will review the request.

If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same order, contact us and we will correct the charge.

Renewal

Each Subscription Term starts on the date the Devices are delivered and lasts 12 months. If the Devices have not been returned to Virridy by the end of the term, the subscription renews automatically for another 12 months and Virridy invoices the renewal at its then-current rates (Section 12.2 of the Lume Customer Agreement). To end the subscription, return the Devices before the term ends; we will send return instructions. This is stated on every Service Order.

The Devices

Devices are leased, not sold, and remain Virridy’s property (Section 7.3). When your subscription ends, we will tell you how to return them.
